Temperature: Cool

Cool Brow Neutraliser Dark is used to prevent cool eyebrow pigments in the medium brown to dark brown colour spectrum from pulling too cool when implanted into the skin. Add between 1-2 drops into the chosen pigment and mix thoroughly before implantation.
