Temperature: Cool

Black Mist heals a blue black giving true definition to the eyes. It works beautifully when dotted through the eyelashes to give a subtle boarder that works in conjunction with coloured eyeliner. Up to 3 drops can be mixed into Brown Black Mist to give a deeper shade of black that does not pull blue.
