Cool Black Mist is the perfect choice for all requests for soft black eyeliner that looks black. We recommend Brown Black Mist as the choice for black eyeliner if your client has olive to dark skin as the colour will hold black longer. This pigment works beautifully when dotted through the eyelashes to give a subtle boarder that works in conjunction with coloured eyeliner.
